Imagining Our Futures 2018
Our annual carers and interests day for trans, gender diverse and questioning young people, Imagining Our Futures, is coming up on Saturday, 5th of May!
The day is for young trans, gender diverse and questioning young people. The age range for the morning session (up to 1.30pm) is 13-30, and the afternoon is 13-24.
From 10am, there will be a few stalls with information about different careers, internships, campaigns and volunteering. Alongside the stalls, we'll have a drop in CV surgery where you can get 1:1 advice about improving your CV. You can also take part in a workshop about interview skills.
Our friends at Beyond the Binary will be there to talk about writing skills too.
From 2pm, there will be a panel of trans and/or non-binary adults talking about their experience of being trans at work or while pursuing other projects such as campaigning
After the discussion there will be a chance to talk to our guests in smaller groups and answer any questions you have.
