I am an HCPC-registered and Chartered Counselling Psychologist with doctoral-level training in evidence-based practice. As the coordinator of a trans counselling service, I’ve had the privilege of supporting trans, non-binary, gender diverse and questioning individuals, whilst line-managing both qualified and trainee therapists. Furthermore, I have a special interest in developmental trauma and the impact of systems of oppressions (such as cishetero, white, neuro, able-bodied normativity) on mental health. I believe that we all have a natural ability to move towards growth.
