The delivery platform is Zoom. There is a one hour lunch break in the middle of the session.

BOOKING FORM
This is an introductory session which gives enough time for discussion and questions around the key topics. Numbers are capped at 15 to ensure a high level of interactivity.
In this training session we:
- Set the wider context for trans and non-binary identities - how sex, gender and sexual orientation interact
- Explore key terms, including gendered pronouns
- Build confidence using trans and non-binary inclusive language
- Offer basic grounding in the laws that protect trans people’s rights in the workplace, including the Equality Act 2010, Gender Recognition Act 2004
- Begin to explore how an organisation can ensure it is being trans- and non-binary inclusive
- Explore practice scenarios tailored to your workplace
- Signpost to a wide range of resources
The training package includes a PDF notes booklet and attendance certificate for each delegate as well as an extensive resource list.
