I offer a welcoming, non-judgemental space to address your current circumstances and struggles, and if you wish, how they are informed by earlier experiences. My invitation is that our sessions also become an exploration of purpose, creativity, inspiration and values.

My areas of expertise include anxiety and trauma (incl. sexual trauma), shame, questions around identity, as well as issues of relationship and intimacy. I have worked extensively with people from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds, the LGBT+ community and those living with HIV. I also have experience working with neurodiversity.
