I provide a supportive, affirming space for trans and gender diverse people to explore identity, relationships, and life’s challenges. I have extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, and a particular commitment to supporting those navigating gender identity, transition, dysphoria, discrimination, and the impact of minority stress. My approach is integrative, drawing on psychodynamic, existential, and relational perspectives, always tailored to each person’s needs. Alongside one-to-one work, I facilitate therapy groups where shared experience can foster connection, belonging, and new perspectives. I believe therapy should make room for all of you – offering acceptance and thoughtful challenge as you reflect, process, and move towards living more authentically.”
