“I’m Alex (she/her). I am a trained, qualified integrative counsellor, offering therapy in Walthamstow (East London), and online. I provide an open, empathic, reflective and confidential space, where you can take time to explore whatever is going on for you.

I offer an opportunity to be with another human, who can be curious alongside you and help digest things. I try to avoid assumptions, and get a feel for who you are, and what matters to you, in your particular world. I tailor how I work, and the pace of sessions, based on what you need.

Being an ‘integrative’ counsellor means my practice is informed by different theories and approaches. People are unique, so it makes sense to me that there’s not a ‘one size fits all’ approach to therapy, either. The space I offer is LGBTQ+ affirming and is informed by an awareness of gender, sexuality, and relationship diversity. “
