Practice description
As a non-binary, queer integrative psychotherapist, I offer inclusive, trauma-informed therapy online and in person (London and Devon). I work in private practice and NHS secondary care, offering one-to-one psychotherapy and facilitating a weekly Environmental Arts Therapy group. I specialise in complex and relational trauma and draw on talking therapy, embodied practices, creativity, and nature-based approaches. Alongside my work with adults, I have also worked extensively as a psychotherapist with children and young people.
As a creative, embodied therapist, I invite deep listening to your body, emotions, and inner knowing. Therapy can offer a grounding, supportive space—whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, processing past trauma, navigating life transitions, or seeking a deeper connection with yourself. Much of our lives are shaped by social scripts. In therapy, we can pause and ask: What do I feel? What’s been hidden or lost? Together, we create space to come home to yourself—with care, curiosity, and compassion.
