Practice description

Hello! I’m Clara (they/them). I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist offering Psychotherapy, Counselling and Art Psychotherapy to adults, young adults and groups.

I have experience across a diverse range of mental health settings such as the NHS in acute services working with Psychosis, complex needs and Personality Disorders. I have further experience as a therapist at Macmillan and at Spectra with TNBI youth. I work in private practice as a psychotherapist and at the NHS Sussex Gender Service as a Reflective Practice Facilitator. I am in the final year of my Integrative Arts Therapy Master’s.

The integrative therapeutic frameworks I draw upon are made up of Gestalt, Queer & Feminist Theory, Psychodynamic, Person-Centered, GSRD, Relational, Trauma Informed, Compassion Focus and the Six Therapeutic Relationships.

My Values My practice is inclusive of all people. I am Neurodiverse affirmative. I work with Gender Sex Relationship Diversity frameworks and Queer Theory. I am Trans, Intersex, Non-binary and Gender Diverse affirmative. I hold Intersectional Feminist and anti-oppressive values. I work in a Trauma Informed and non-pathologizing way. I celebrate diversity in all variations.
