Dex Bruch (They/Them) is an integrative humanistic therapist who supports individuals in their trauma informed practice. With a background in gender identity work and extensive experience with young people and families, Dex provides a compassionate and inclusive space for exploration and healing. Their practice is grounded in both traditional and creative approaches, blending integrative humanistic techniques with art and play therapies.

Currently, Dex works as a counsellor at Spectra CIC (Sexual Health, Transcounselling and ALEX project), as a freelance counsellor at Galop and maintains a private practice serving LGBTQ+ clients. They voluteer in multiple LGBTQ+ services supporting marginalised communities.

As a native French speaker, they also bring multilingual skills to their practice, offering services in English and French, with a good understanding of Spanish and Catalan,. Their warm, creative, and flexible approach makes them a valuable resource for clients seeking a supportive environment tailored to their unique identities and experiences.

£65 per session. Free Introductory session .Low cost places available for clients of limited means subject to availbility.
