I am a queer, neurodivergent Person Centred Counsellor working with adults 18 and over. I offer a space where you do not have to shrink, explain or perform, just bring your whole self. My work is rooted in intersectionality, lived experience and emotional honesty. I often support people exploring identity, gender, neurodivergence, race, relationships and trauma. As someone who has moved through some of these spaces myself, I know how powerful it can be to feel seen and not judged. I hold space with care but also courage. I will walk alongside you as we make sense of things together. My practice is anti oppressive, always learning, and centred on helping you connect more deeply with who you are and where you want to go.
