Practice description
Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting—but it can also be profoundly empowering. I offer a warm, affirming space where you can feel truly heard, respected, and supported. My approach is collaborative and integrative, tailored to your unique experiences, identity, and goals.
I’m Dr. Sara Trayman, a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience working with adults and young people. Rooted in a humanistic philosophy, my practice values your story, your strengths, and your right to be seen and understood.
I work with a wide range of issues, including identity, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I am proud to be an LGBTQ+ ally and continually deepen my practice through learning with Gendered Intelligence.
My practice is inclusive, non-judgemental, and guided by a commitment to human rights and emotional wellbeing.
