Hello, I’m Eve.

I’m a qualified integrative therapist, using various approaches to provide tailored support. I’m registered with the BACP and offer sessions online, via phone, and in person.

Are you feeling lonely or struggling with a harsh inner critic? If you’re being hard on yourself, I can help. I also work with issues related to negative body image, depression, anxiety and complex grief.

I have experience supporting individuals who deal with suicidal thoughts and self-harm. If you’ve been affected by suicide—either through loss or as a survivor—I can help you explore your feelings surrounding this, I have experience with people who are suffering from loneliness and the feelings this can bring up.

I have a particular focus on LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity issues. If you’re a parent or caregiver of a transgender or non-binary child and find this journey challenging, I can assist you in processing your feelings or support your child in understanding theirs. I’m also interested in the specific challenges that single parents face.

I work with young people and adults.

I work with various creative tools whether it’s games colouring or drawing to help explore and recognise feelings.
