Practice description
Hello, I’m Eve.
I’m an integrative therapist offering a thoughtful, affirming space for people who may feel overwhelmed, self-critical, or emotionally alone. My approach is collaborative and tailored grounded in the belief that therapy should meet you where you are, not the other way around.
Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, low mood, complex grief, or a persistent inner critic that can feel difficult to quiet. You might be used to holding things together on the outside while struggling internally. In our work together, we gently begin to make sense of those patterns, creating space for greater self-understanding and compassion.
I have particular depth of experience supporting individuals affected by suicidal thoughts, self-harm, and bereavement by suicide. I approach this work with care, honesty, and steadiness offering a space where difficult feelings can be spoken about openly, without fear of judgment or being overwhelmed.
I offer an explicitly affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients, including trans and non-binary people, as well as neurodivergent individuals. I also work with parents and caregivers who may be navigating the emotional complexity of supporting a trans or non-binary child. Where helpful, I bring both professional understanding and lived insight into this work.
Alongside this, I recognise the unique emotional landscape of single parenthood and the ways it can intersect with identity, pressure, and self-worth.
I work with both young people and adults, adapting my approach to suit each person. When words feel hard to access, I may incorporate gentle creative elements to support expression in a way that feels natural and unforced.
Above all, I aim to offer a space that feels grounded, respectful, and real where you don’t have to filter or minimise your experience.

Other therapy skills
My experience includes working with suicidal ideation, self-harm, isolation, bullying, discrimination, and complex grief, including bereavement by suicide. I also bring lived experience as a parent of a trans young person, which informs a deeper understanding of the nuances within family relationships and identity exploration.
