Practice description

I am a queer, neurodivergent (ADHD/Autistic-aware) counsellor offering a warm, affirming space where you don’t have to explain your existence. My practice is dedicated to the LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse community, offering a shame-free environment to explore identity, transition, and relationships.

As a therapist with lived experience, I understand the exhaustion of navigating a world not built for us. I integrate trauma-informed approaches (IFS, TIST) with a background in creative industries to help you navigate burnout, perfectionism, and anxiety. My approach is anti-oppressive, sex-worker allied, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life.

I offer a free 15-minute introductory call to ensure we are the right fit. Sessions are available mainly online or (by arrangement) in-person in Greenwich. Free 15-minute introductory call available.

Therapy qualifications

Level 5 Higher Professional Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP Accredited). ADHD Certification: Interventions to Thrive (2024). BA (Hons) Design (Middlesex University) - emphasising creative process in therapy.

Other therapy skills

My training has been specifically curated to support the intersectional needs of the queer community. Beyond my core clinical qualifications, I have completed the Gendered Intelligence 2-day specialisation: ‘Working Alongside Trans, Gender Diverse and Questioning People’ (Oct 2025). Recognising the high prevalence of trauma within our community, I advanced my practice through training such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST). I also hold certification in ADHD interventions, ensuring my practice is not just ‘neuro-friendly’ but actively neuro-affirming. I engage in continuous professional development regarding racial justice and social inequality in the therapy room.

General skills

My practice is explicitly Sex Worker Allied and HIV/AIDS Allied, offering a judgment-free space for all aspects of life and work. My 20-year career in the fashion industry and corporate retail gives me a unique, somatic understanding of high-pressure environments, perfectionism, and the specific ‘imposter syndrome’ faced by creatives.
