Practice description
Hello, my name is Gita. I am a LGBTQIA+/Queer and neurodivergent Person-Centered counsellor. I am registered with the BACP this means that I follow the BACPs ethical framework. I offer counselling for individuals online or in person, either in room or outdoors through walk and talk therapy in North West London.
I work in a creative and collaborative way offering a non-judgmental and confidential space where you can explore anything that feels important to you.
I have a specialist interest in gender, sex and relationship diversity (GSRD) as well as working with members of the LGBTQIA+ communities. Being neurodivergent has allowed me to have a deeper understanding of what it can feel like to struggle while trying to navigating this world. I am passionate about working with other individuals who identify as being neurodivergent and would like to explore what this feels like for them.
I offer a free online 20 minute get to know you call so if you think you would like to work with me, please do get in touch.
Therapy qualifications
BSc (Hons) Person-Centred Pluralistic Counselling (Advanced Practitioner)
Other therapy skills
I’m a trained group facilitator offering group therapy programs that focus on different themes.
General skills
I work using different creative methods if clients would like to explore working in this way.
