“I offer sex positive, GSRD, kink knowledgeable therapy, focusing on LGBTQI, BAME/POC and Kink communities. A qualified Psychosynthesis Counsellor with over 25 years’ experience counselling adults. Specialisms include LGBTQI, BAME/POC, Kink/BDSM, Polyamory/Ethical Non-monogamy, Spirituality. Psychosynthesis is a transpersonal therapy combining Western psychotherapy with Eastern spiritual traditions, exploring the idea of a spiritual component to our existence. The work is holistic, looking at the whole person, not just the presenting issue. I work 1:1 with adult individuals. I offer a space to look at life patterns and changes e.g. career, relationship, life journey, negative or outworn behaviour patterns. Sessions include non-verbal strategies such as, therapeutic creative writing, free drawing, dream work and visualisation. I work with individuals. Therapy can be either short term or open-ended. The first session is an assessment to gather information and determine if we are a good fit to work together. This also gives the client an opportunity to ask questions. I work online. Sessions are weekly. Some concession spaces are available.”
