Practice description
I’m here to work alongside you at your own pace and direction on anything you’d like to talk through. I always try to find out how things are from your perspective: you are the world expert on you! I work using a one session at a time, single session therapy style: that is we’ll try to focus on a particular issue of your choice for each session and see what progress we can make whether that be getting unstuck, working out a change or understanding an issue in more depth. Initially, I offer a free short chat to see if I’m the sort of person you feel you can talk to and both feel we can work together. My fees are negotiable for people with less money.

I’m happy to work on any issue so don’t give a long list of diagnoses or life issues. If there are areas I’m less knowledgeable about I’ll be honest about that and will also educate myself. I’m fine talking about difference and how we interact in the room as a way of looking at other personal interactions in life where we can’t always “press pause” and look at what might be going on.
