Practice description
Hi, I’m Hamilton (he/they), a queer, non-binary, neurodivergent person-centred therapist offering a safe and affirming space for trans, gender-diverse and gender non-conforming clients. You don’t need to explain yourself here - just come as you are. I work gently, at your pace, with warmth and respect.
I care deeply about creating a space where you can explore identity, relationships, or simply how you feel in the world - especially in a time when so much may feel unsafe, misunderstood or overwhelming. My practice is grounded in humanity and a commitment to helping you feel seen, supported and celebrated.
Whether you’re navigating transition, unpacking gender roles, recovering from burnout, or exploring how your identity intersects with relationships, work or wellbeing - I’ll meet you with care and curiosity. You don’t need to have the words worked out. Just bring whatever you’re carrying.
You might be new to therapy or returning after difficult past experiences. Either way, you’re welcome here.
I offer sessions online and in person (Wimbledon and Clapham), and we can explore together what feels most comfortable for you. I also offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can meet and you can see if I feel like the right fit for you.
