Practice description
I am a person-centred psychotherapist offering LGBTQIA+ friendly and affirming therapy in Oxford and online.
As a person-centred therapist, I offer a safe, empathic, and non-judgemental space to speak about whatever you need to bring to sessions. My practice is collaborative and I will be led by your needs and experiences. Rather than treating myself as an expert to give advice, I see you as the expert in your own experiences and work together with you to explore and understand yourself. My role is to act as a supportive third-party to facilitate that exploration and to encourage engagement with your feelings.
I have been in practice since 2017 and have experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients and with neurodiversity.
