Practice description
I am an integrative counsellor who provides a warm, safe space for individuals to explore/resolve personal struggles and difficult feelings in a relaxed and confidential space.
As an integrative practitioner I work from a range of perspectives in my practice, so as to work in the way best suited to you.
As a Trans Woman I believe in practicing in an affirmative way with Gender and Sexual Diversity. In this I draw on my experience working with clients, their partners, parents and children.
In my therapeutic work I also draw on over 10 years practising as a therapist in a range of settings, experience training therapists in Higher Education for several years, and my own lived experience.
As such I am aware of the diversity within our community, as well as the challenges we currently face.
