I am an integrative therapist who provides a welcoming, open and safe place to explore the issues that bring you to therapy, whatever they are. I always place the client I work with at the centre of that work, whether it is transition related issues that bring you to therapy, or something from the wide range of difficulties that bring anyone to therapy. I have 10 years experience working with adults, young people and children across a range of settings and a wide range of issues. This is in addition to 4 years training counsellors in Higher Education.

Although I work around a wide range of issues, I have particular experience working with relationships issues, survivors of domestic abuse, addictions, and life transitions. I also completed a PhD exploring how intimate partner violence in queer relationships is recognised in rural areas of the UK.

As an integrative therapist I work from a range of perspectives in my practice, so as to work in the way best suited to you. As a Trans Woman I believe in practicing in an affirmative way with Gender and Sexual Diversity.

In my therapeutic work I draw on my experience of 10 years practising as a therapist in a range of settings, experience training therapists in Higher Education for four years, and my own lived experience.

As such I am aware of the diversity within our community, as well as the challenges we currently face.
