Practice description
“Hello, my name is Jack (he/him). I specialise in working with queer and neurodivergent clients and can offer support with a range of issues including trauma, relationship difficulties, anxiety, low mood, procrastination, perfectionism, disordered eating, and emotional regulation. I can also provide a supportive and affirming space in which to explore your identity or simply to offload about the day-to-day frustrations you may be experiencing. My approach is integrative meaning I draw on different therapeutic models and take a pragmatic view, using strategies that work rather than being constrained by theory.
I understand that choosing a counsellor can feel overwhelming, and it is important to choose someone you will feel safe with. If you feel I might be a good fit for you, please get in touch to arrange a free 30 minute call. “
