Practice description
I provide online counselling for LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and trauma-affected adults seeking a safe, affirming space to unmask and heal. As a practitioner, I warmly welcome trans, non-binary, and gender-diverse clients, offering explicit, dedicated support for navigating identity, transition, minority stress, and coming out. If you are an ADHD or autistic adult exhausted by masking, or someone breaking free from trauma, shame, and people-pleasing patterns, you do not have to minimise your experiences or explain your identity in our sessions. My practice is proudly sex-positive and kink-aware, respecting diverse relationship models like ethical non-monogamy and polyamory. Together, we will work to understand your coping mechanisms, break repeating patterns, and build a compassionate, trusting relationship with your authentic self.
Therapy qualifications
Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (COSCA) and MSc Psychological Studies, University of Glasgow
General skills
I have volunteered as a counsellor with Murray’s Initiative (formerly Glasgow Council on Alcohol) and Trauma Healing Together in Perth, supporting people with a range of experiences including trauma, emotional difficulties and substance use.
