Practice description
Are you looking for help from someone who knows what it’s like to be queer? You’re in the right place!
My name is Kathryn, and I specialise in helping trans and/or non-binary people become who they really are without judgement. My main areas of therapeutic expertise are in gender identity, trauma, neurodivergence, and LGBTQ+ life.
I’m a person-centred and experiential psychotherapist. That means that my style of counselling is to keep your wants and needs at the centre of all of our sessions together. We will work as a team, and work together to get you where you want to be in life.
I offer therapy exclusively through Zoom and over the phone, depending on your preference. This means you can access therapy from a confidential space in the comfort of your own home.
As both a practicing therapist and as someone who has healed and grown in therapy myself, I know how it feels to be in both chairs in the therapy office. I have experience of many of life’s issues and have helped my clients through many more and, as such, I am ready to tackle any issues with you. If you are looking for somewhere to create meaning in your life, you are feeling lost or hopeless, or you are seeking emotional support, please get in touch.
It can be exceptionally tough to start looking for therapy, and I’m proud of you for doing so today.
