I am a psychodynamic therapist, offering psychotherapy in Hove and online. Here, you will find an inclusive, confidential space for you to speak openly and honestly about whatever comes to mind, without judgement. Uncovering and talking about our feelings can be challenging and take time. I have a gentle and supportive approach, meaning that you will have someone in your corner along the way, and we will work at your pace. My practice welcomes and celebrates diversity. I work from a queer-affirming, neuroaffirming and culturally aware standpoint.

I believe that therapy is a relational and collaborative process and that it is important that you have a good fit with your therapist to be able to work together towards making lasting change. I won’t push an agenda or solution, instead, I will sit alongside you and support you as a fellow human being.
