Practice description
Xenogender Neurodivergent Romanian Immigrant Psychotherapist & Storyteller working online in English and Romanian.
My practice is primarily Psychodynamic but also incorporates influences from Person Centred Therapy and from Storytelling, Art & Music.
In working with Storytelling and Storytelling Concepts such as Narrative Threads, Archetypes and Character Arcs, I strive to allow the client to go on their therapeutic journey in a non-medicalised manner and to more easily perceive the narratives that persist in their lives.
I work with Art & Music as a tool for exploration, for visualisation and for remembering.
Therapy qualifications
Master Degree in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy & Counselling [level 7] - Goldsmiths, University of London
Other therapy skills
I have also incorporated my artistic practice into my therapeutic practice but I am not formally an art therapist or music therapist.
