Practice description

I am a person-centred, pluralistic counsellor, and my approach with clients is rooted in the powerful healing and movement that can take place for all of us when we are met with genuine warmth, acceptance and understanding.

I have experience of supporting clients with a range of issues such as: grief/loss, relationships, family dynamics, gender, sexuality, health, work, trauma, shame/guilt, anxiety, depression and neurodiversity. In addition to my private practice, I am a volunteer counsellor for a LGBTQIA-focussed mental health charity and for a community hospice. I’m committed to creating a warm, inclusive and safe space for all: I welcome people from all walks of life, and I honour the many ways we can experience identity, neurodiversity, and ability.

I work creatively and collaboratively: Alongside talking therapy, some clients find it helpful to incorporate experiential elements into their sessions, such as music/sound, photography/pictures, mark-making/writing, breathing/mindfulness techniques, accessing nature and more.

I offer a 30-minute, no-fee exploratory chat, and my session fees are: online/phone session - £60, In-person session - £74. Discounted rates for block bookings and concessionary rates available for people on a lower income.
