Practice description

I am a Qualified Counsellor and Accredited Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work in private practice offering online and face to face sessions to individuals and intimate partners.

My approach is humanistic – relational Gestalt, with elements of person—centred, mindfulness and existential approaches. I take commitment to my clients seriously and engage in regular continuing professional development.

I started seeing clients in 2012 and have worked with adult clients across a broad age range, from 19, up to and beyond retirement, with those who are neurodivergent (ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, dyslexic), of varied abilities, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientation, relationship status and religious beliefs. Clients often bring challenges with anxiety, identity and life transitions. I am committed to offering a service welcoming to all backgrounds in a supportive and affirming manner, celebrating diversity.

Please contact me for an initial 15 min exploratory chat.
