I am a Clinical Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist in my final year (6th year), finalising my MSc in (Relational) Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy. I am a UKCP registered Trainee Therapist and Metanoia registered advanced student. I work with individuals and relationships/couples. I work relationally paying attention to what emerges between us, and will sometimes share it with you. I am also interested in the unconscious communication between us that sometimes might make itself known through ruptures between us or thoughts and feelings that suprise us. Working with me you will find a space where you can risk practicing new behaviours and new ways of thinking. I offer a therapeutic space inviting you to explore your capacity to feel variety of emotions especially those that make you feel uncomfortable or embarrassed to feel. I work with a wide range of issues, including depression, stress, anxiety, bullying, shame, anger, and substance misuse. We can also work together with your gender, erotic and sexual identities, class, ethnicity and cross-cultural identities or opening up your relationship.
