Practice description

I offer existential, embodied, and relational psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and people in diverse relationships, including LGBTQIA+ and trans, non-binary, and gender-questioning (TNBQ+) communities.

We may come to therapy when familiar ways of living no longer feel true, when love becomes entangled with fear, or when we lose touch with who we are and what matters. Our sessions offer space to explore trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, attachment wounds, anxiety, identity, self-worth, belonging, and life direction.

I welcome open, respectful exploration of sexuality, intimacy, desire, erotic expression, kink, BDSM, polyamory, and consensual non-monogamy, without pathologising difference.

Grounded in Existential Analysis and Logotherapy, my approach integrates somatic, psychodynamic, and parts-based work. I also welcome spiritual exploration, drawing on Western philosophy, Buddhism, and Kashmir Shaivism, while remaining grounded in your own experience and worldview.

Therapy is not about becoming someone else. It is an encounter in which we explore who you are, how you have come to live as you do, and what freedom, authenticity, love, and meaning might become possible.

Individual psychotherapy sessions are offered on a sliding scale from £90 for 60 minutes. Couples and relationship therapy sessions from £110 for 60 minutes. I also work with polyamorous, consensually non-monogamous (CNM/ENM), and other multi-partner relationship structures. Where more than two partners are involved, the session length and fee can be agreed according to the number of participants and the needs of the relationship work. Family and group therapy sessions range from £110 to £150 per session, depending on the structure and needs of the work. Concessions: I aim to keep my practice accessible while maintaining the time, attention, and depth that meaningful therapeutic work requires. A limited number of reduced-fee places may occasionally be available for clients experiencing financial difficulty, and these can be discussed individually.
