Practice description

I am an integrative therapist and Accredited member of the BACP. I have over ten years experience of supporting people who identify as LGBTQIA+. In therapy, I aim to offer you a space in which you feel understood and supported to explore whatever is impacting you. Through our work together we can identify patterns in your life and relationships, making meaning of your feelings and experiences as you move towards the life you want for yourself. The safety of the counselling relationship can help you to explore things that might normally feel difficult, and over time build confidence in your own abilities to handle life’s challenges.

My practice is gender, sexuality and relationship diversity informed, which means that I have knowledge/experience of a range of issues related to gender identity, sexuality, and different relationship styles.

Therapy qualifications

BACP Accredited Diploma in Integrative Counselling Diploma in Counselling Supervision

Other therapy skills

I have additional training in supporting people who identify as neurodivergent. I also provide supervision to other counsellors working with the LGBTQ+ community.

General skills

I have previous experience as the Counselling Services Manager for METRO Charity, running counselling services for LGBTQ+ people and people affected by HIV in London and the South East. I have worked as an LGBT mental health advocate, and I am also a qualified teacher.
