I am a integrative therapeutic counsellor in based in Uxbridge, West London. I am experienced in supporting people with experiences of trauma, reducing anxiety, depression and improving self-esteem. I have experience in supporting people who are questioning their gender and those who identify as trans & non-binary. I have extensive experience in working with people who are neurodiverse (self identified or have a diagnosis).
Therapy qualifications
