“I’m PuiSum (He/They), a POC transmasc counsellor. I understands the importance of having a space where you feel truly seen and understood. My goal is to offer a culturally sensitive and affirmative environment where you can explore your inner world and your relationships with yourself and others. Together, we can work towards creating a more fulfilling life.

I work with adults (aged 18 and over) and offer sessions in English and Cantonese.

I have supported individuals navigating themes such as anxiety, depression, cultural identity, gender identity, sexuality, neurodiversity, intergenerational and childhood trauma, and existential questioning. My practice is built on an intersectional and anti-oppressive approach, acknowledging the systemic oppression that marginalised communities often face.

I also offer a gender-affirming, ethical non-monogamy/polyamory-affirming, sex- and kink-positive space.

Before becoming a counsellor, I worked in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion. This background gives me a deep understanding of issues like burnout and minority stress.”
