Practice description

I am an integrative counsellor, which means that I draw on tools from a wide variety of therapeutic styles. Therefore, I am able to tailor our work together to meet your unique needs and requirements. My way of working draws a robust and trauma-focused therapeutic framework, and a wide-ranging breadth of experience with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds in order to build a style of therapy that enables you to feel seen and heard. I have years of experience working with complex trauma, neurodiversity, and personality disorders in both young people and adults, and significant experience working with race and gender. I identify as a neurodiverse transgender woman and would strongly encourage you to contact me if you would feel more comfortable working with someone with lived experience of these issues, especially if you have found it difficult to locate a therapist who meets your specific needs in the past.

Therapy qualifications

Advanced Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling (CPPD, 2021); Certificate in Relationship Therapy (The Grove, 2024)

General skills

I have significant experience working with ADHD, BPD, and CPTSD, as well as working extensively with complex bereavement and sexual issues.
