Practice description
When offering therapy, I strive to be non-judgmental, compassionate and warm. I see therapy as a collaborative process, where both you and I come together to mutually agree on your goals for therapy. I take special care to be aware of the intersections in our identities such as gender, ethnicity, race, sexuality, neurodivergence and ability levels. I also value being receptive to your needs and aim to help you navigate any difficulties you are experiencing.

In terms of therapeutic approaches, I work integratively with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) being my main modality. Other approaches that I often use are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT). I am also a personal trainer, so, this gives me further insight on the importanct of mind-body connection and looking after our wellbeing.
