Welcome! I am an integrative psychotherapist combining Gestalt therapy, psychodynamic therapy and constructivist CBT. I work from a lens that is relational, experiential, somatic and developmentally focused. I know that finding the right therapist can be difficult and that deciding to start having sessions is massive in itself, and how helpful it is to work with someone who has similar identity experiences. I am warm, nurturing and playful as well as challenging and genuinely curious about what it means to be human.
