Practice description

I am a Northern Irish counsellor and my main aim is to support you as you navigate life’s challenges, working through patterns and behaviours that you want or need to change. I work short and long term with clients and want to be able to provide a safe, non-judgemental and empathetic space for you as life can be hard.

I have personal experience in feeling like an outsider when I moved to England, recognising my upbringing in a divided country, and even language is not the same as everyone else. I had to build a resilience to be able to fit in with those around me while not losing sight of who I am. I want to help support other people in also doing so, with however they feel different. I have also worked with all forms of loss, and self-esteem issues and welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities.
