Gendered Intelligence (GI) is a trans-led organisation and most members of the team are trans. We feel strongly that there is not one way of being trans, and there are many different ways and approaches to help GI achieve its aims. We imagine a world where diverse gender identities and expressions are visible and valued and where trans, non‑binary and gender questioning people live healthy, safe and fulfilled lives.

Chief Executive Officer

Gendered Intelligence is seeking an exceptional leader to serve as its next Chief Executive. This is a rare opportunity to lead a nationally respected, trans-led organisation with real influence on policy, professional practice and the lives of trans, non-binary and gender exploring people across the UK.

Job Overview

• Contract type: Permanent
• Hours: 35 hours per week
• Salary: £71,069 pa (NJC-based scale)
• Location: London office (near Bethnal Green); mostly home-based, with regular office presence 
• Reports to: Chair of the Board of Trustees
• Direct Reports: Director of Services, Director of Operations
